Beginner to novice six week bench program designed for anyone from youth to seniors looking to increase strength and ability on bench press.
Work calculated off of RPE scale – you will test specific lifts and enter your current numbers. This program is designed to increase max bench press by a minimum of 2%.
This program is two days per week and can be run in conjunction with the six week phase 1 deadlift program.
